A £30.00 non-refundable deposit, preferably by bank transfer is required for your Clinic application (or cash payments accepted on a lesson visit). In the event of the Clinic being cancelled due to human or horse related disease, deposits will be refunded in full. Please text 07802 709696 for Catherine Wright Ltd bank account details. No spaces will be reserved on the Clinic until deposit has been received.

Letter on receipt of your application form will confirm your booking. Applications close 3 weeks prior to Clinic, but places are strictly limited so early booking is advisable

If applicable, Spectators charged at £5.00 each. Clinic participants may bring one spectator with them free of charge. The fee for riders and spectators includes cake and a cold drink.

All horses, ponies and donkeys attending events at Moreton Morrell must have received at least their first two Equine Flu vaccines. All animals must have passports with them. Moreton Morrell staff or representatives may do spot checks and any animal with incorrect or lapsed programs or failing to show a passport to the matching animal will be asked to leave the site.

Neither Catherine Wright Limited, nor Warwickshire College shall be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred, to any person, animal or item from whatever cause arising. All participants do so at their own risk. All participants are signing to confirm that they have adequate insurance to cover any accident or incident that may be caused by them or their charges and that they participate entirely at their own risk.
